Out of the depths of Limbo and trampling through editing hell, here comes another generic girl with a number.

The girls figure suggests she is leaning on something or at least putting her hands down on something that is at knee level with her. Also it looks like she might be spinning by how her head is compared to the rest of her body
The shading is topnotch and you can see small textures on her pants and shirt to simulate clothing while her hair has streaks to show that batch of hair is going in that direction. The shadow at the bottom looks a little obscure to fit her form, but I guess it does show her position good.
What do you think?

Amazing impression of a Flamingo. That girl has a serious future in theater.

The only complaint I have is in the eye, I think it may be too large and/or wide. I think at that angle the eye would be thinner and perhaps a bit more toward the inside. And I agree that the ground shadow may be a bit off, might need to be a bit pushed to the left. I'm having trouble picking the light source; her arms shadow on the right and her flank on the left; though I am not complaining on the shading at all, I love the levels of detail you put into them. I just keep coming back to that eye, it's almost like it was drawn at a 1/3 angle while she is at a 1/2 angle.

I don't know if I'm being helpful or spouting off nonsense, but it's my two cents.

I just tried this pose in real life, and I dunno if it's just that I'm not bendy enough or not, but I couldn't quite manage it. My right leg tended to be bent more to maintain stability, and I couldn't get my spine to angle nearly as hard as it is here. The base of her spine's horizontal, while up around her shoulder blades, it's at a pretty steep slant. May be too sharp of a curve, overall.

I also kept sticking my left leg out behind me, again for balance. Assuming she's actually leaning on something though, like looking over a wall or something, the pose does work better.

In general though, it feels like she isn't affected by gravity all that much. Like she's super–light, and doesn't need to balance any weights or counterweights to stay upright. Again though, maybe she's leaning on a wall. Who knows. =P

disclaimer: post may be entirely nonsense.

Anyway, still pretty neat. Especially the swooshy hair. Swooshy hair is always fun.

Heh, thanks for trying out the pose yourself. Let's just says she's a professional acrobat and double jointed or something :)
