I've actually come up with a theory concerning Diamond Tiara. Applebloom has a big family waiting for her at home ready to help her out whenever she needs it. Diamond Tiara seems to be an only child with successful parents. Her parents are probably too busy to spend much time with her. I don't think the cutie mark is the real problem. I think Diamond Tiara's probably jealous of Applebloom.
Either way I'd love to see an episode that explains how that spoiled little BITCH got to be a bully.

Silver Spoon is clearly a follower but even without her, Diamond proved to be at least just as nasty in "Ponyville Confidential". At least her toy (should it be true) has her with a more nice attitude.
