As I flip tables around the house due to a flip-flop client, it's time to direct my rage to another update.

First, comic 060 is sketched and I will be working on it this week... hopefully. Paid projects do come first after all. Will it be funny? Not really. Will have it have ponies? No, stop asking this. I have doubts about this idea but it's sort of a semi-important point in the story. A few, well one of the Chrono Trigger fans wanted me to draw more Chrono stuff and I can but I want to save my Chrono potential for the webcomic. However, I do have 9 single pictures I can draw so you'll see those in the near... distant future.

Second, the pony pictures are not going away. I have plenty of screenshots to do. I post a picture about every other day and it's not because I have an unhealthy pony obsession. I want to keep updates consistent for once to maintain my audience and at the same time promote growth. Unfortunately, I couldn't do that with the webcomic even when I was only doing the webcomic. I use to scoff at other webcomic artists for not updating in the past. Oh, how the tables have turned.

Third, I want to take the time to open pandora's box again and rant because it's just so shiny and tempting. I said it in the past and I'll say it again. I'm not going to do pony pr0n, not publicly anyway. Yes, I do create suggestive pictures but I don't do that very often. Most of them are screenshot/derivative pictures. Some of them are nice, a few may be funny and some may be cute. I know some fans frown upon the suggestive pictures and I'm fine with it. I know I can't please everyone. I have the freedom to draw whatever I want and people also have the freedom to express their opinions about it. However, there are certain comments that just bothers me. On a recent suggestive picture showing a certain pony's plot, someone basically made a comment hoping that I get set on fire. Okay, so you're against suggestive pony pictures and any sexual thoughts involving ponies. That's fine with me if that's your opinion but if you say that I should get set on fire, then that's not an opinion. This deviant's also an artist and I can see pictures of anime girls in skimpy clothing with furry ears and wings. I can comment on one of those saying the same damn thing such as 'yiff in hell furf4g' This phrase is being used all day, everyday. I feel sorry for this deviant who doesn't realize that there are far FAR worse things (to him/her anyway) than what I do on the internet and he/she is going to waste time on little old me posting a comment like that. Is it that hard to use words like 'in my opinion' or 'I think..."? It makes me want to continue doing suggestive pictures just to spite. On a side note, to the person who said I ruined ponies making a captain planet reference, it's obligatory and just be glad I didn't make a power rangers reference. *closes box*

Fourth, I plan on doing other pictures as well so I have a bit of variety here. I do have girl36 out in the open and ... crap that's gonna take a while to finish. I resketched girl4 and there are a lot of corrections I need to make when redrawing it. The only pictures that's not pony related that I'm more likely to post first are the Chrono Trigger pictures I mentioned earlier so what's left of my Chrono followers will get a nice treat.

Fifth, if anyone's interested in commissions, information is on my profile page.

Sixth, I'm outta soda...

Seventh, weekends are too short.

I must say you've just gained a bit more respect from me sir. I've always admired your unique style of pony art ever since i stumbled across "Twilight Sparkle Pose 01" and I consider you to be a fairly talented artist. Certainly, a few of your pictures are a bit suggestive, (you cross a few more lines with your art than I ever will with mine) but even the "worst" ones are still marginally tasteful.

Art is a treacherous and fickle field, very much like politics, where the measure of your success is determined by peoples' opinions. No matter how good you are, or how much effort you put into your work, you won't satisfy everyone. There will never be a shortage of those vain, empty, useless, bloated talking heads who can find offense in the most innocent of pieces. But the artist must persevere.

I commend you on your stand to not stoop down into the foul, vile, congealing mass of refuse that is ponified bawdiness. Too many artist give way to the jostling crowd of opinions and suggestions of others, rather than taking a stand in his or her own convictions and not yielding to destructive influences. As long as I can see that I am not the only man with principle, I will hold out a little hope for humanity.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I try my best to make my suggestive pictures tasteful. I don't really feel anything positive in creating straight porn. Art is a very debatable subject and I strive to not get myself involved in any arguments about it... again.

I admit, I am not especially fond of suggestive pictures, pony or otherwise.

But I am also not fond of going out of my way to antagonize. It costs me very little to hit "back" or "next" or "remove from messages", especially compared to the time and effort to compose, proofread, and post an abrasive comment.

I propose that you continue to draw and post whatever you choose, and that I (and, I hope, others) continue to live with it.

I will never understand the need for some people to complain even when confronted with choices to press back, close the window or not click on the thumb in the first place. I will also have to continue to live with their behavior.

Actually I'm pretty sure I started watching you because of the suggestive stuff so it's a two way street.
Forget the haters, do what you want.
